• Threatening, harassing, or abusing phmoba51 staff or other players.
• Exploiting technical errors, system vulnerabilities, or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use phmoba51 for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Scrape or harvest data from phmoba51 using automated tools.
• Use the phmoba51 brand, logo, or any related marks without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to access the source code of any phmoba51 software.

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions is detected or suspected.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity is identified.
• A regulator or law enforcement agency requests account action.

In cases of closure due to a verified breach, phmoba51 reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Real-money deposits may be returned at phmoba51's discretion after investigation.
